As a SGSN-MME SW engineer, the main responsibility consists by Design Solution, Implementation Plan, Sprint/Use Story breakdown and execution, Functional and System Testing. 

With complexity of commercial product with global install base, Architecture, Solution Benchmarking, Clean Code methodology are always emphasized and iteration together with our product release. 

We have clear definition of Career development and Job Stage from Assistant level, Experienced level, Senior level to Principle level. 

For senior and above SW engineers, the roles of Design Architecture and Node Architect will be a challenging task for the engineers who has proven Architect competence and innovation of portfolio with strong business sense.
