- Description：
- 1. Deliver a product at a satisfactory CSTC (Customer Satisfaction, Timing, Costs) level at TGA milestone in compliance with product definition, design, metier requirements including the Process and volumes decided in the Contract;
- 2. Ensure robust milestones (technical, quality, product safety) by managing the deliverables and favouring the crossfunctionality between Engineering functions through proper management of the Project team；
- 3. Optimize the project CSTC in the development phase the technical-economic convergences from the CF phase and Product/Process convergence with the Process Engineering participants;
- 4. Manage P/P convergence of BOP and validation deliverables after the TGA till SOP.
- Requirements：
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years working experience in the automotive industry;
- 2. Familiar with vehicle development process, project management and supplier management relevant knowledge, with more than 3 years working experience in project management;
- 3. Have very strong communication and coordination ability and teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility, strong team building ability, innovative, and very strong compression capacity.
- 4. Have good English skills, and fully adapt to English work environment.
