5 à 8 ans
具备5年及以上乘用车生产计划管理工作经验，熟悉汽车行业生产计划管理工作，有乘用车相关岗位工作经验优先；
第一学历为大学本科（二本）及以上，汽车、机械制造相关专业优先；
负责收集公司经营目标、产能、销售需求，并制定公司年度计划大纲；
负责依照销售需求、资源和生产能力进行平衡，编制日、周、月份、年度生产下线计划及其调整计划；并对生产完成情况进行协调、管理；
负责生产计划制定前的生产资源平衡工作；
熟练使用Office系列等办公软件；
具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队合作精神；
大学英语四级（或同等水平）及以上，具备良好的英语读写听说能力。
