具有3年及以上汽车零部件包装设计开发管理工作经历，具有乘用车工作经历优先；
第一学历为大学本科及以上，汽车、机制等相关专业优先；
熟悉主机厂包装设计理念、原则，有冲焊、总装包装开发管理经验；
建立优化产品包装标准；
负责零部件供应商包装方案收集、评审；
负责内制件新开发盛具的技术文件编制、发包;
组织工厂、质量、工艺等部门针对所有新开发零部件包装方案，盛具样件进行评审、验证、签批；
根据生产和3PL的实际情况，对部品包装方案进行改善；
负责包装质量问题分析、解决；
编制内制件盛具需求计划，并跟踪到货，保证满足生产需求；
熟练使用Office系列、AutoCAD、CATIA等软件；
熟练运用CAD/CATIA，OFFICE软件；
具有良好的沟通协作能力；
大学英语四级（或同等水平）及以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
