具备3年及以上汽车零部件采购和项目管理相关工作经验；
有乘用车相关岗位工作经验优先；
第一学历为大学本科及以上，汽车、机制等相关专业优先；
熟悉汽车零部件开发、项目管理、采购等相关管理工作；
建立外制件特殊部品调达流程；
负责接收外制件特殊零部件调达需求，向DFSK十堰工厂发布调达计划并监督实施；
负责向供应链发布外制件特殊零部件调达包装标识;
负责联络外制件特殊部品采购员和供应商，对调达计划风险进行预测；
负责根据外制件特殊部品调达的实际情况，对外制部品供应链提出改善课题并推进改善；
负责按试制生产需求，报告特殊部品调达实施情况和改善对策；
具有良好的沟通协作能力；
熟练使用Office系列等办公软件；
大学英语四级（或同等水平）及以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
