HSE Supervisor 健康安全环保主管

职位描述：

Support the management of ENGIE China and JVs of which ENGIE has a controlling role and their main contractors on subjects relating to HSE; 

Assist and coach non-consolidated JVs to promote the standards, requirements and the methods of ENGIE Group.

Areas of intervention:

• HSE MS assessment for JVs;
• identification of hazards and risk assessment;
• organization of HSE training programs and raising-awareness efforts;
• analysis of accidents, incidents and near-misses;
• emergency organization and associated drills;
• definition, realization or supervision of audits;
• review of HSE-related documents as far as projects (for example design, construction, operation) or acquisitions (due diligence) are concerned;
• contribution to the selection and assessment of subcontractors;
• regulatory watch.

职位需求：

• At least Bachelor's degree
• 5+ year relevant HSE management experience in the clean energy, power plant or oil & gas industry
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Upright working attitude
• Willing to travel
• HSE MS
• HSSE Inspection and Audit
• Risk identification and communication
• Training skills
• Knowledgeable in biogas, solar PV, wind power areas are preferred
