职位描述：
Support the management of ENGIE China and JVs of which ENGIE has a controlling role and their main contractors on subjects relating to HSE;
Assist and coach non-consolidated JVs to promote the standards, requirements and the methods of ENGIE Group.
Areas of intervention:
- HSE MS assessment for JVs;
- identification of hazards and risk assessment;
- organization of HSE training programs and raising-awareness efforts;
- analysis of accidents, incidents and near-misses;
- emergency organization and associated drills;
- definition, realization or supervision of audits;
- review of HSE-related documents as far as projects (for example design, construction, operation) or acquisitions (due diligence) are concerned;
- contribution to the selection and assessment of subcontractors;
- regulatory watch.
职位需求：
- At least Bachelor's degree
- 5+ year relevant HSE management experience in the clean energy, power plant or oil & gas industry
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Upright working attitude
- Willing to travel
- HSE MS
- HSSE Inspection and Audit
- Risk identification and communication
- Training skills
- Knowledgeable in biogas, solar PV, wind power areas are preferred
