Key Responsibilities:

1)Further detail account mappings received from Business Analysis team e.g.:


·Mapping of entities, subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, etc.

·Updates / news about Account

·Details of entities / JVs, etc. and sites in China and APAC


2)Most important responsibility: 

-Identification of suitable contacts through mapping, CRM, LinkedIn, liaising with China Sales Network and branches

-Emailing / Wechat / cold calling

-Appointment setting for Global Sales

3)Accompany Global Sales to client meetings

4)Support sales planning/scheduling and travelling optimization (identify other potential targets in a given city)

5)Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, data requested by clients, etc.

6)CRM support: 

-Assist / remind / challenge the team to enter data in CRM

-Check accuracy / completeness / relevance of data

-Potential assistance for the transition to the new CRM

7)Data analytics and reporting

-Development and measurement of relevant KPIs

-Production of reports / dashboards using CRM data to support sales pipeline reviews, account reviews
