Global Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Further detail account mappings received from Business Analysis team e.g.:
Products
Mapping of entities, subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, etc.
Details of entities / JVs, etc. and sites in China and APAC
- Most important responsibility:
Identification of suitable contacts through mapping, CRM, Linkedin, liaising with China Sales Network and branches
Emailing / Wechat / cold calling
Appointment setting for Global Sales
- Accompany Global Sales to client meetings
- Support sales planning/scheduling and travelling optimization (identify other potential targets in a given city)
- Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, data requested by clients, etc
- CRM support:
Assist / remind / challenge the team to enter data in CRM
Check accuracy / completeness / relevance of data
Potential assistance for the transition to the new CRM
- Data analytics and reporting
Development and measurement of relevant KPIs
Production of reports / dashboards using CRM data to support sales pipeline reviews, account reviews
Key Skills
- Chinese with Fluent English, French would be a strong plus
- Engineering student would be a strong plus
- Outspoken, easy going
- Good communication skills and comfortable with cold calling
- Strong analytical skills
