任职资格：
1、从事销售驱动型企业、人力资源管理工作3年以上的人士优先；
2、熟练掌握人力资源六大模块专业知识，熟悉《劳动合同法》等相关法律法规，具有较强的解决问题能力；
3、具有敏锐的洞察力，能快速掌握企业业务及市场发展动向，并及时调整管理策略；
4、具有较强的职业素养、承压能力、责任心、沟通能力及言语理解能力；
5、具有良好的管理才能和大局观，有较高的格局、较强的创新意识及学习能力；
