Customer Service Manager / Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Promote engines and sell added value and customized services for a win/win relation between customer and SHE;
- Manage the fulfilment of S HE / Customer respective and agreed comments (contractual, projects, …);
- Deploy a structured networking plan on his customers & bi-annual tour;
- Define and Implement action Plans for his customers following S HE commercial strategy defined in the segment plans;
- Prepare customer visits with internal stakeholders and carry out the reporting to the Front Office actors and corporate teams when applicable
- Establish the map of the customer: players of the client (organization, names, position)
- Following customer visit, relay information / complaints / improvement of products & services to the persons involved via the reporting tool (NOMAD) & manage Nomad activities when applicable;
- Monitor market trend as well as related regulation or environment change, analyse impact to SHE market position and approach, development short-middle-long term Business Development plan;
- Arrange prospective visits, alert on acquisition projects, understand competition status, play active role in the helicopter purchasing decision process, promote S HE engine as well as S HE service;
- Introduce S HE support system and promote S HE service after fleet acquisition, ensure smooth transfer to CSM after arrival of helicopter;
- define middle-long term marketing strategy and action plan;
